Review on Adam's Ultra Foam Shampoo 16oz - The Ultimate Sudsy Car Shampoo for Safe, Spot-Free Cleaning - pH Neutral & Water Spot-Free Formula by Julio Solano

Revainrating 5 out of 5

First class, luxury car wash.

Pros: Having switched from The Chemical Guys products, I can confidently say that Adams has delivered the best linen in every way. The soap was more luxurious and seemed to remove the dirt better with less pressure on the glove (note: this was applied with a pressure washer and foam gun, which are highly recommended for car washes). The laundry was easy to spread out and washed off without leaving any residue. Without a doubt, this is a premium car wash formula. I really liked the mild soap. It cleaned effectively but left my wax virtually undamaged. This wash also seemed to shed dirt and dust a little longer than other washes (and that's by no means scientific, it's purely anecdotal). Cons: However, I can't say that this stuff costs 30-40% more than Chemical Guys detergent. I've used both now and I can say that while this soap is better, I'm not sure it would make much of a difference for the average weekend car wash. Chemical Guys laundry detergents are very durable and great value for money. I have a somewhat unhealthy love for my car so I'll probably stick with Adams, but I just don't have enough evidence to say you should be getting this 100% through CG products. I'm also not a big fan of the grape smell, so if grapes are medicinal, Adams smells like you're washing your car with cough syrup. Other than that, this is a great product.
