The headset worked fine for 6 months, then the right ear stopped working. I submitted an RMA to Cooler Master and they refused it even though I provided the serial number. I then tried again and it was accepted so they asked me to return the item. I sent it via UPS and a few days later it was delivered by Cooler Master. 2 week pass and RMA not updated. So I opened a ticket and asked for an update. It's been over 3 weeks now, the cooling master hasn't replied or changed my RMA status. Don't buy this headset and expect it to last more than 6 months without customer support. UPDATE: Coolermaster denied my RMA request and ignored the ticket I opened asking for an upgrade. And kept my headset. So they robbed me when I bought the device and now they stole my headset as well. If anyone is reading this, avoid Coolermaster products at all costs. I searched Reddit and found that many people are having the same experience. Terrible company. I ended up buying a HyperX Cloud 2 headset, didn't want to spend any more money, but Cooler Master gave me no choice.
