The headset worked fine for 6 months, then the right ear stopped working. I submitted an RMA to Cooler Master and they refused it even though I provided the serial number. I then tried again and it was accepted so they asked me to return the item. I sent it via UPS and a few days later it was delivered by Cooler Master. 2 week pass and RMA not updated.
