Review on Adir Professional Self Reversible Healing Cutting Mat: A Green/Black 18x24-Inch Must-Have by Jennifer Roberts

This is no ordinary cutting mat. I have used it to cover my drafting table which after 40 years of use is not the smoothest drafting surface. Not only does this mat fix that, it also eliminates the need for a T-square, since on most paper sizes I can use a triangle or ruler to draw straight lines if needed. The paper is aligned according to the lines marked on the mat and then I can do whatever I want because the paper is straight. The material is waterproof (so coffee and watercolor water) and I can even cut into it (which I don't do often, but when I have to I get a perfect finish). It also looks beautiful. And when I get tired of the green faintly falling on the reflections of the morning light, I can always flip it. It didn't slide on the countertop but to make sure I had a straight edge on the left side I used two clips to hold it in place and I placed a clip light on the left side to fix that to attach lining. So far I love this thing. Best money spent in a long time.
