I bought it to use after my eye surgery. It's a little smaller than I expected but I'm a petite person. My only problem is that it needs to be increased. Once you're lying face down, the weight of your face will cause it to flatten almost to the surface it's lying on, leaving barely enough room to breathe. I weigh 107 pounds. Otherwise, when it comes to extra clearance, it's great.
