Everything about this table screams quality. It was packed very well. I could lift it myself with both hands. I was completely set up in about 5 minutes and let me tell you I'm SOOOOO happy I chose this table. The leather material doesn't look cheap and you can tell that the manufacturers have really put a lot of effort into it. The table opening clips are strong and there are bumpers on the underside of the table so it doesn't sit directly on the floor. This is great for me because my house has hardwood floors and I don't want my desk to be damaged by driftwood or anything like that. Inside the table there are Velcro straps for storing all the included accessories and instructions. Adjusting the table with the knobs on each end is so easy my 7 year old son managed it. There is a bungee cord/cable underneath which ensures the table slides in and out perfectly without getting in the way. After taking everything from below, including the heating cable, I set the table up. Nice! Headrest and armrest installation instructions are provided with pictures to make installation simple and easy. Along with that I bought a set of massage table sheets and installed everything. After plugging it in and setting the number on the screen, I was ready to try it out. MY GOD! I fell asleep at the end it was so good! Warmth mixed with comfort was just what my body needed. My husband and I enjoyed massages on it. We're both in the 200-240lb range and 5ft 7in - 5ft 10. No crack or dent issues. Buy this! You will not be disappointed.
