The SereneLife pump came with 3 different thickness washers, presumably for different valve configurations. First, I used a washer that matched my board's valve. At around 7psi he seemed to be having trouble making progress. After reading another review about using a washing machine that came with a hand pump, I did the same with mine. After that, Serene life quickly and easily increased the pressure to 15psi. It turned off automatically. I checked the pressure with the pressure gauge on my hand pump. The SupremeLife pump reaches the set pressure exactly. The instructions were clear and concise. It is very easy to set up and use. This is a small pump with a lot of power. I highly recommend it. This makes setting up the iSUP so easy that paradise begins before you hit the water.
