The way it's organised is very logical, so that you can easily search for your target group or segmentation by age/gender etc., which helps to create more targeted advertising campaigns in our business (we're an online service provider).

It has also been easy managing my reports via their mobile app as I'm always running around with different devices when working from home! There are some minor details regarding how they handle certain events like GDPR but nothing majorly annoying yet - we'll see if things get better over time! We've used this product now since 2016 without any issues reported at all thus far.
