These are the filters I put in my face mask between two layers of material. This offers an additional level of protection that is closer to surgical masks. They're disposable, but I rarely run out, so I use them a few times before throwing them away. This creates a mask that can be heavier and warmer and can create a claustrophobic effect. I wear N95 in my job and it's not a problem for me. This is a virus that NOBODY should be infected with, so a little more discomfort is a lot better than being on a ventilator or being dead. Since the material in some of my masks is heavier, I find that using a less dense fabric is much easier to breathe or cause problems. I personally can highly recommend them.
