User can hear callers, but microphone seems broken. Throwing this away & will buy another tyep.
The unit's microphone doesn't work. The unit appears physically intact with no obvious damage. The headset is comfortable and the volume to hear callers is good. We had our telephone support staff test the headset to be sure we didn't connect it wrong and to be sure it did not require some sort of programming.
