Got three of these for the office. Have used them A LOT the past few weeks. I really like their comfort and ease of use. I seem to hear some crackling but not sure if that is the headphones, my internet or the phones. Phones are 10 yrs old. Great value for the money.

Works great on an avaya phone I use for work. Takes me an hour to drive to work to get a replacement headset, that costs me money since I work from home and having my company ship me another headset would take a few more days, bought it works great and sent the bill for reimbursement. Couldn't ask for anything more, I could always have bought a used plantronics for about the same price or maybe a little less but that is rolling the dice. At least with this I could return it if it didn't work…

Worked great for a month. Started having a loud whining noise to the point where customers couldn't hear the receptionist talk.UPDATE: Wantek contacted me with a replacement product. It has been working great for our receptionist. Very happy with the customer service.

Bought two pairs of these and will be buying another set. Cannot beat the price. No complaints from my staff on the use as compared to others used in the past.

Working from home and needed a headset. I ordered the dual, but received the single ear model. Didn’t have time to return it. It works really well and is made to a high quality, even though it is not exactly what I ordered.

I work in a call center. I bought this to use with my avatar phone. I checked the avaya phone model to pick the right headset. After using for 2 weeks, I like the ability to head out of both ears. It is not too tight. But today I noticed the calls are scratchy. So I picked the handset and no scratchiness to the calls. Very disappointed in sound quality. I will likely return. Hoping it is just a bad headset.

So my company switched phone providers and went from an older Cisco unit to a Polycom VVX410 model. The information on the Wantek headset says it will only work with the listed phones/models. Mine of course is not one of them. I looked up options for headsets certified for the Polycom VVX410 and the cheapest I could find was $75.00. Now I cannot see spending that much for a monaural headset, so I tried this one. When plugging into the phone directly audio from the phone pays well but everyone I

It works. I can whisper into the mic (without anyone who is around me hearing) and the person on the other side can hear me fine. The only negative I found was that the "mute" button actually hangs up the call.

With all the phone meetings we now have, I decided I should get a headset as I use for my virtual meetings. This works great, I can hear better and for the long meetings, I no longer have to be on speakerphone.

All of the adapters were missing couldn’t even use the headset couldn’t get a hold of anybody to do anything about it no recommend on anybody buying this product

The headset worked fine for a day, but now day two and people are complaining that they cant hear me at all. I feel like I have just wasted $30. :/

The unit's microphone doesn't work. The unit appears physically intact with no obvious damage. The headset is comfortable and the volume to hear callers is good. We had our telephone support staff test the headset to be sure we didn't connect it wrong and to be sure it did not require some sort of programming.

Good value for the money, I’m working from home and needed a headset. I didn’t want to pay too much and this works and sounds great. Not the most comfortable but I take it on and off so not a big deal.
