Works great on an avaya phone I use for work. Takes me an hour to drive to work to get a replacement headset, that costs me money since I work from home and having my company ship me another headset would take a few more days, bought it works great and sent the bill for reimbursement. Couldn't ask for anything more, I could always have bought a used plantronics for about the same price or maybe a little less but that is rolling the dice. At least with this I could return it if it didn't work well which fortunately it works great.
