reviews said parts were loose and wobbly. I kept that in mind, but I had a solution when I bought it. I sanded the joints and glued them together with good quality wood glue. I use Tybond. Elmer's wood glue is fine. I use a nail gun to hold the pieces in place while the glue dries. This allowed me to immediately stock up on bottles of wine. I think you could attach it with a rubber band/bungee or clamp it down for 24 hours and it would work. The device fits perfectly under our cutting block on the shelf.
