Great steam mop. I could not even imagine how easy it is to quickly and cleanly wash the floors. Works really. High-quality plastic, comfortable ergonomics. Nothing to even complain about. By the way, you can’t wash the floors with a hand mop. I have light tile on the floor and the seams are blackened. I have tried cleaning them by hand, but it didn't work. And then the steam knocks out all the dirt, just wipe it and the seams are clean. The windows and mirrors were doused with steam, the water was driven off with a scraper, wiped with a cloth - cleanly and quickly. In general, I'm satisfied. I recommend. Too bad I didn't order earlier!
