Review on Inkbird Thermostat Temperature Controller - Adjustable Range of 50 to 108°F by Arturo Reyes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

ONLY suitable for freshwater aquarium

A simple product that meets all my needs for keeping my tropical freshwater aquarium warm enough. It lacks the bells and whistles of some of the other options, but does everything you need if you want to make sure the aquarium heater stays on and the fish is cooking. I'll probably seal the probe in some sort of tubing and silicone, but I like that it's removable and can be replaced if it breaks in the future. Pretty easy install out of the box. The display is intuitive. The only real complaint is that the minimum temperature difference is 1 degree. Q. Why display the target temperature with a decimal point? And the sensor reads tenths of a degree. It's just a little annoying when you're holding the temperature of a liquid that tends to give off heat rather slowly. Also remember that there is a power button on the top of the device. It's a bit easy to accidentally toggle when plugged into an outlet near a wall or furniture leg.
