This is the small size she has since raised in the Mediterranean and my male lab is now in her old small. These are great, they won't pinch your dog, they are very durable and the latches lock so when you buckle them on they are snug. We leave her on most of the day because she likes to run when we take her out into the garden. I will eventually buy 2 large ones when my dogs grow up. The only downside to this harness is that it sticks to the leash at the back of the neck. I have a lab that pulls so we found that the leash could attach to the front of the harness and that prevented it from pulling. We don't use the included leash often because it's short, but it's also well made. This is a great purchase for your dogs. If you take it whole it will fit a 15lb (small) dog up to about 32lb. Then we switched to honey. I think she will be able to stay medical until she is 55/60lbs not 42lbs and we have adjusted her by about 3 inches. It doesn't rub under the armpits, and that's important to us.
