Bought this inexpensive travel brush (I used to leave it in hotel rooms). It looks like it will do the job. Note, however, that the handle is small and my much more expensive Edwin Jarrer brush has about half the bristles. Update: after 15 shaves the brush is holding up well with no bristles falling off. I get 1/2 more lather than the other brush, but that's just enough for a good shave and the lather is the same. The bristles seem a little prickly, but maybe I have sensitive skin. I will happily return to my other brush for a more luxurious shave when I'm done traveling. PS The best foaming soap I have found is Dove Bar for sensitive skin. No colors, no scents. Beats any specialty shaving soap I've tried in decades and costs a lot less.
