Excellent customer service and product knowledge

The ability to have multiple sensors all in one system is great!The software has been easy for our staff members who are not tech savvy at alI but would like it when they get into their field of work with us as we do alot more than just pumps/pond aerators now that I am no longer working there myself!! We use this equipment daily by ourselves so if something goes wrong its very frustrating because you cant find help until someone else gets out side your office hours etc. Thats what was most confusing about smartconnect gateway before i started using them again after being away almost 10 years ago since my previous employer used different manufacturer's products then still had problems sometimes even though those companies were newer versions too. !

Pros
  • Very user friendly
  • Easy navigation via menus or search bar.
  • Excellent customer service from technical support team, especially Tiffany Smyth!!!
  • No need call centers anymore which usually takes weeks between calls made & received due bad communication skills among employees.
Cons
  • Empty
