Review I originally wrote: USB ports won't charge iPhone. The first night one of them only charged the phone to 50%, so the next night I used the second port and the phone didn't charge at all. The dimmer didn't dim evenly either. It would dim the brightness to a certain level and then turn off the display entirely. I sent the device back. ----------- After this review, Reacher contacted me and offered to replace the device I received about a week ago. The replacement works well, the USB ports charge my iPhone and Fitbit at the same time. The dimmer slider works well too. I have updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars. My only very minor complaint is that the clock is very light and slides easily across the bedside table. I could charge it. Thank you Reacher for reaching out to us!
