The Fargo printer is awesome. The ribbon took a lot longer than I expected. The images are crisp and the colors look great. 100% satisfied with the printer. Software is a different story. The Bogno Bronze software comes with the printer. The software that came with the printer when I bought it had a different name, it was renamed Bogno in an update earlier this year. Creating a card template is very easy and intuitive. The templates are actually quite good, but I made my own for our company. Each template can contain front and back pages. Some strange things happening in Bogno: - When adding a photo for ID, the image is not saved the first time. This only works after selecting the same image again. - When you open or print the card, the closest person in the photo appears in the database and asks you to check if the photo is correct. It doesn't make sense why this happened. - The first image of the first card in the template database appears for verification when the template is opened. - Our software USB key that came with this package stopped working on Windows 10 (probably a windows issue, not the USB key) causing registry issues. When the USB stick stops working, the software should connect to the network and confirm registration, but half the time it doesn't work. You then need to manually click the online registration confirmation button for it to work. Be careful when doing this as your software will restart after the verification.
