If it is too big, the 3D effect will be lost a bit.
This mixture of polyester and 3D effects is very popular with school children. My grandchildren love them. The fabric has a little stretch, so don't be afraid to order the exact size. Increasing the size for your height loses the 3D effect and dealing with it, without the 3D effect you lose a lot of the attractiveness.
