The table was sold by Best Buy but supplied by Escalade Sports. The packaged arrived slightly damaged on one side, but we decided to accept it anyway after making a note of that on the shipment invoice in case we had to return it later. We noticed that three out of the four white bars under the wooden table were bent, and called Escalade Sports to check if they can provide replacement parts to fix them. They were very responsive handling this case, and the parts were delivered within three weeks. Escalade Sports certainly deserves a high mark for their service, although I know some other reviewers had a different experienceThe assembly instructions were very clear, and it took about two hours to put it together. There is still a gap of about 5mm between the two plates that we could not be cleared even when the plates are perfectly parallel and their height is the same, but it does not affect the way the net is mounted. Other than that, we really like the table and enjoy having it in our basement.
