They had advised me it should take 20 minutes. I just called them to say that even with a professional assembeling the table it took 3 hours and 40 minutes. OK, #1 I got this on lighting sale so the rating is based on the price I bought it for. It came well protected on a crate box so no complaints there. All parts were in order and I actually had two screws left over which is kind of scary but i triple checked and they were extra. The table is great. Nothing too fancy but definitely not a cheap table.Our only complaint is that a lot of the parts were scratched up in shipping. They just weren't properly secured. When you moved the package you could just hear all the pieces falling around.The table still works perfectly and the top was fine, but just a lot of side pieces had scratches all in it.You hope when paying hundreds of dollars for a table, they can deliver it undamaged.

So far so good. It arrives with a small damage in the corner of one piece, but Best Buy quickly gave a 20% discount. Assembling is not difficult, but you do need three people, especially at the last step when you need to hold up the table and put it on the base. But in general it is a good experience and I am happy with this purchase.

This table is really solid and plays perfectly. The ball holders on each end change the game as you don't have to chase the balls after each point. It folds and rolls securely and is very stable when open. The net is extremely tight and easy to adjust.Assembly does take a while but worth the end result.
