Review on Experience Professional Play With STIGA STS 185 Table Tennis Table by Evan Burnside

I purchased this table last fall and was originally happy with the purchase (the table arrived with some minor dings but I chose to ignore them). Within the first few weeks of putting it together the mechanism that folds the table up and holds it in position became a problem as the screws holding it to the table top became stripped. I contacted Best Buy and they referred me to Escalade Sport and said to contact them. I have tried to get in touch with Escalade Sports to file a warranty claim for over 10 weeks now and they have chosen to completely ignore my requests. I emailed customer service as well as filed claims via their website multiple times and they do not get back to me. I also called them directly and they said that they would have someone contact me shortly (but they never did). If you are going to buy a table from Best Buy, make sure it is not through Escalade Sports or you could be sorry.
