Update: I contacted the company directly about an issue with their product and they sent me a brand new product for free. I just had to show them the proof of purchase. With that in mind, I've raised my rating from 2 to 4 stars because I love supporting every company behind their products! If you buy this and have problems, at least you can contact them and get a replacement for free. We haven't had any trouble getting a replacement and I hope it lasts longer than our first one. Very disappointed that this product does not last long. My daughter bought an Aquabus set with her Christmas money. which she also received and she has only used it a few times since I received it and recently it just broke. The piece of plastic you press to pull out the beads is no longer functional and therefore unusable. I won't let her spend any more of her money on this crap because it's poorly made and too expensive for what it is. That's a shame because it's the only product I know of that makes it easier for younger children to work with aquabus. Very disappointed!
