This is great for beginners who have no soldering experience, it is explained very well in the instructions that come with it. You can use headphones with it and the sound quality is excellent. But I checked everything again and there were no tweezers! This made it extremely difficult to solder very small resistors and capacitors. That being said I would highly recommend this kit and I want my tweezers
