Although I have to say it's just what I needed compared to a $4 aluminum tire from CVS. Applied. I, "Measured Palm Crease to Distal Finger Crease", specifically on my left pinky, did exactly as instructed and got (plus or minus 1/16 inch) 2 1/2 inches; Where did I buy this size? After receiving the product and reading the packaging/instructions, it is clearly stated that AA is 2 1/4 inches and A is 2 3/4 inches. I am not downplaying the effectiveness of this product in the slightest, it is way ahead of what I have used before and is exactly what my therapist recommended. But because it's 1/4 inch longer than advertised, it doesn't quite sit in the crease like it should, causing a bit of discomfort in the distal joint. Just a note :) Already after one day of use it has significantly improved my slight pseudo-boutonniere deformity to the point where I feel like I can straighten that finger. Rely on the product, just remember that A = 2 3/4 "not 2 1/2".
