I chose this system after reading reviews of all the systems available on Revain because this company has demonstrated a higher level of customer service. There are other cheaper systems around here that have a Prop 65 warning, so caution is advised. A home improvement is near me (Arizona) and I need a company that I can call and who can answer any questions I have about the system as they arise. The system was pretty much set up and ready to go except for a few clamps and valves. . Installation was relatively easy, although I had already cut a hole in the countertop so I didn't have to drill into the granite. I completed the installation and filled and drained the water twice. My tap water was tested for TDS at 234ppm, my whirlpool filter fridge was tested at 212, little better than tap water. After setting up my home reverse osmosis system, my water was tested in the 19-23 range. Even better than bottled water. I know there is debate as to whether a higher TDS in water (minerals etc) is good for you, but I prefer my water to have a lower TDS and no fluoride. Watch the YouTube video if you have trouble.
