I bought size 9 for my (almost) 3 year old. It had to be the right size with room to grow. Fine. They were too big, be sure to buy a smaller size than what you have in mind. I returned the first pair and bought a second pair, this time the perfect growing size. They look great and are said to be very comfortable with a lightly cushioned insole.
