So overall I am happy with this purchase. For a "girdle", it is pretty comfortable. It tends to pinch a bit by the top boning if your posture is not good, but I see that as a plus. It reminds me to stand or sit up straight. The top stayed up all day with no issues of rolling down. However, the bottom tended to roll up. I solved the issue by tucking it under my jeans. I guess when wearing it with a dress I will have to wear control panties and tuck it into them. It smooths out the torso fairly well. I would rate it as medium.level shapewear.
