Ok I'm medium size and it's too big. The very loose sand material feels more like pajama bottoms or used for a spring day rather than a winter. So when you buy, you will get your normal size, which you don't need. To get a larger size or go up, sorry for my pics but I tried lol thanks I hope this helped
