Easy integration with our AD! Very easy configuration in terms that we can configure it as per needs without any expert knowledge required- just few clicks are enough!! Great customer support team which helps us even when late at night or weekend.

I have no issues so far but if there would be please let me know about this ASAP because its very important thing from my side.-Integration process takes bit long - maybe an option where you don't need admin access should help here? Its great product overall (we use both PSTN calls + VoIP)Skype Time has helped reduce call center's load by almost half while increasing quality thanks again Skypetime Team!!
