Disappointing Previous interactions with Northair

I had the misfortune of doing business with Northair not too long ago, and I have to admit that my interactions with them were not in the least bit satisfying. In spite of the fact that they assert that the quality of their products and customer service are of the highest caliber, I did not find their items to live up to their claims, and I found their customer service to be significantly inadequate. First of all, I bought an air conditioner from them, and after only a few days of using it, it already stopped working. When I contacted their customer service team, they were slow to answer, and the remedies that they provided were not beneficial. Before they eventually agreed to repair the flawed item, it took several weeks and a number of tedious phone calls. In addition, the quality of their products did not leave me with a positive impression. The air conditioner I bought was quite loud and performed a poor job of cooling the room. Additionally, the air fryer I bought did not live up to the characteristics that were claimed for it. In general, my time spent with Northair was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction. Because of the claims made in their advertising, I had very high hopes, but they did not live up to them. I was under the impression that their things would be of a certain quality, however I was wrong, and their customer service left much to be desired. Anyone looking for products of a high quality and dependable customer service is not going to want to go with Northair in my opinion. Avoid the inconvenience and go somewhere else instead.
