The plastic on the connectors is VERY soft, making it difficult to make a solid connection. Uncomfortable single pin, but adjacent pins require an extraordinary amount of "fine surgery" to ensure they fit properly. Given the limited options they have to be fitted almost BEFORE you install the motherboard (and they will come loose anyway. I've been working with PCs for 40 years and have seen some great attachments (like a mounting block where you can attach all the cables and THEN attach a piece to the motherboard connectors.) Unfortunately nobody else uses it.
