If you don't have a glasses screwdriver or proper screws, you will need them in addition to these silicone nose pads to fix your glasses. You might be better off getting your stats repaired (most likely free) from where you bought them, but if that's not possible or a major hassle, then this article is a great purchase. There were three pairs of spacers in my package, one pair smaller (11mm) than the other two (12mm). The difference is so small that I don't think it really matters. My old pads look like 13mm and I put 11mm out of curiosity and they feel the same. These new pads are softer and more flexible so they come off easier than the original hard pads, but I have two pairs left so I'm not worried about that.
