Review on Sony SRSBTM8 Portable Bluetooth Wireless by Michael Foster

I bought it for two reasons: it got great reviews for its sound quality and it runs on 4 AA batteries. With a rechargeable plug-in speaker, if it dies you'll be out for hours until it charges (or you need to have a power source to plug it in while you use it). I take this thing out on the water or in the yard to listen while I work/fish/lounge outside. If you like rechargeable batteries, buy rechargeable AA batteries and always keep a backup set on your charger. The only downside is that the volume is limited - it's loud enough but won't get a big party going - it's the wrong tool for that.
