The zip was made incorrectly so the sipper itself got stuck in the middle and closed on both sides of the bar. I was able to force it to close completely, but now it has a noticeable weak point. Also, the thing flops if you don't stuff it full. Doesn't hold its shape at all. Annoying to the point of being unusable if all you want to do is slip your phone and wallet in. Bad as it is, I ordered one and it was shipped to the wrong Amazon center so not only did I have to order it a second time, THEY WILL NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND UNTIL IT IS ALSO RETURNED TO AMAZON YOU HAVE IT LOST. Worst experience, will never buy Rockbros again.
