Super smooth - super sharp.

These knives are sharp enough to cut through warm butter every time. They're delicious for slicing chicken etc. They stick to potatoes a bit but I still love them and give them a try. I hand wash and dry them, so I can't comment on how they hold up in the dishwasher.
