This design, and I have two of these different brands, requires a rubber strip on the underside of the levers that rest on the shelf above. I wanted to use this with clothing. The skinny armrests on top don't hold any hard cargo for me (like tin cans in the pantry or drawers full of stuff). So when I go to pull the folded clothes out of the basket, the clothes effortlessly pull the whole basket with them. Knocks the functionality out the window entirely. I might try getting a rubber scraper from a local hardware store to give the flimsy lever some resistance or "stickiness" to the smooth surface of the shelf at the top. In a closet with massive goods on top, especially large boxes that are on both hands, this probably works better. Attractive and looks like it will last.
