Excellent shift knob

It is much stiffer than the original shift knob. I was hoping this would solve my problem with the shifter popping out of first gear. Unfortunately it isn't. I replaced the derailleur with a short B&M derailleur and that fixed the problem. This shifter fits directly to any shifter.
