Great bag with some issues

I bought this bag for a trip to Europe. It is a great bag and has many pockets to store all you need. However, on the 3rd day the main zipper across the top broke. I continued to use it as had no back-up although it was awkward. Because I was in Europe, the deadline passed and I am unable to return for a replacement.Update: the manufacturer contacted me and offered a replacement. Also said they were working on correcting the problem for any of the future bags. It really is a great bag! My husband has one in another color and has had no problems.

Overall, the bag is as described. I ordered black and as stated in the description, it has a ever so slight hint of purple. The only problem is that to access the phone holder you have to open the velcro flap on the front of the bag then unzip to reveal the phone storage pocket. It is much lighter than my leather bag.
