I bought this bag for a trip to Europe. It is a great bag and has many pockets to store all you need. However, on the 3rd day the main zipper across the top broke. I continued to use it as had no back-up although it was awkward. Because I was in Europe, the deadline passed and I am unable to return for a replacement.Update: the manufacturer contacted me and offered a replacement. I bought this to use as a handbag for when I am out and about. I tend to carry a lot of extra items because I always want to be prepared for anything. I try my best to take care of my handbags but they do get roughed up as I am running around, in a rush, sometimes running in the rain, gets thrown here and there from time to time, ect. It has been 2 years since I bought this bag and it's still pretty sturdy. No tears or rips or anything on it yet and still has kept my things safe!

It is small enough and perhaps excellent for the very personal items to "wear" close with one's self when traveling. It is NOT large enough -- and too wide, to be the "personal item" container onboard the airplane.

My husband likes the way the bag fits his needs. It has good organization because of the number of sections and their size.

Holds everything I need to paint or sketch on the go ( not including a tripod easel ), and then some, without being too big. I had a larger backpack before, but tended to pack it with more than I needed so it weighed a ton. Not a problem with this size.

I like the fact that the bag features various compartments/zippers that makes putting stuff in and out a breeze. The adjustable shoulder band makes the bag really easy to carry.

We experienced a zipper failure and the seam came apart on one side of the strap BUT it was only after very rugged and heavy daily use. This bag is roomy and durable. We loved it so much the first time around, we ordered another one!

I was looking for a smaller bag for travel when I stumbled on this little gem. After reading the reviews, I was still surprised by how spacious this bag is. Lots of zips and pockets to put items in. I can fit everything that was in my old bag without this bag being bulky. I really love the back zipper compartment because it's the perfect place to stash my books.

This is a very durable and versatile bag. Traveled all over Switzerland with it this summer. It was a nice option overhauling a backpack around. Would highly recommend.
