I use this everyday for work, and it's wonderful. It tends to slide as I wear it though so I have to keep adjusting, but that's most (if not all) single strap bags. It's perfect for all my uses and is aesthetically pleasing. Not a whole bunch of room but enough for a laptop, some books, and random necessities, so I can't complain. All in all, 9/10 because I can't comfortably use it for anything other than work or light travelling on the weekends.

Really like how lightweight and handy this bag is. Its pretty slim and has lots of different pockets which is nice for organizing all the little things. I would buy it again if they improved the finish on the buckles. Everytime i put the bag on slipping my arm through the straps without scratching myself is tricky. The metal that the buckle is mad of is razor- thin. As a result, i have about 3 scratches on my left arm that have scabbed from the buckles scratching me. I considered replacing them

I am a teacher and I bought this bag for carrying my laptop, papers, and such. I have a 14 1/2' laptop and it barely fits in the bag length wise. However, I can also fit a large book (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), pens, papers, an ipad, keys, and it has a pocket on the side for a water bottle. I’ve been starting to write Best Buy reviews to help out others and I thought I would do the same for this item. The picture isn’t a reliable scale for the bag itself as it’s much smaller than what I expected but it still fits all the items I would need to take with me. The color that I chose also isn’t as ‘bright/vibrant’ as the picture but I don’t really mind that. I bought one 6 years ago, and the front flap snap sewing came loose soon after, HOWEVER, the company replaced it immediately and I used it everyday at work for 6 years, holding up very well, with only a "patina” rustic wear showing it’s age. This messager bag is great in concept, but lacking in design. Personally, the one shoulder strap puts most of the weight on your neck,causing a sore neck after a day use.

Purchased this to Carry meds. It is a very good size with lots of room. Holds everything I need and it is a large size so it doesn’t get in the way. It can be carried on one shoulder or both like a small backpack. I am glad I purchased this bag and I would buy it again.

I gave this for my son as Christmas gift and he was so happy about this product. He says the size is good enough. Not too big but not too small as well. More room for his stuff, he can fit his laptop and other things for school. It looks sturdy, you can wash it also because its fabric. Overall, this product is worth the price.

I have just received the larger version of the bag and I’m honestly presently surprised. My boyfriend was looking for a crossbody bag he could use while riding his bike. The zippers all work smoothly, there’s plenty of room for a small sized Chromebook and notebooks, the strap is easily adjustable, there’s lots of small pockets, and there’s a hook on both sides of the bag so you could wear it over each shoulder.
