My nutritionist recommended that I drink water at night.

Some things seem to be "out there" but when they work, they work. I take this product to help me sleep. Sometimes I wake up in the night and can't fall asleep for hours. My nutritionist recommended that I start drinking water as soon as I wake up at night. I fall asleep immediately! And I mean right away! It's pretty amazing. I plan to continue taking it morning and night for the next few months to see if my sleep problems go away on their own. At the same time, I am very grateful for this product!
