Review on Magebit by Ramon Hood

Their approach is very professional, friendly & transparent when it comes down to getting things done for you in an efficient manner as well setting up new features/tools that may be needed by their clients. They did not provide me any value add aside from what I expected at my initial meeting. The billing process was difficult to understand so they suggested using Billstamped but this made it even more cumbersome and complicated to use compared to other providers we have used previously (including ones out of India). Highly recommend them because there were no surprises during our engagement - all work plans came through without issue or delays and I didn't feel pressured into going over scope beyond what I understood initially given our level relationship.
