This deck is impressive!

I did a lot of research to find an upgrade for my touchscreen I bought just 2.5 months ago (at Ankeway) that wasn't too expensive, had Apple CarPlay and sounded decent. When it arrived I was initially hesitant to install it due to the ridiculously short USB and Apple CarPlay interfaces, but I went along with it since it was in my possession. I AM HAPPY I MADE IT! Despite the aforementioned shortcomings (no pun intended), I was pleasantly surprised and then IMPRESSED by the sound quality, user interface, and available features of this device. Having Apple CarPlay is bonus enough, but the sound quality this little device puts out is nothing short of EXCELLENT. !The interface is easy to use, navigating between screens and features doesn't interrupt the listening experience, and the overall simplicity of the deck and the responsiveness of its touchscreen puts it in the class of decks with significantly higher price tags with equal or smaller features have lasted decades. There are some subtle and obvious features of this device that draw attention: The higher power output of this deck is the feature that allows you to use this deck. with fewer amplification devices for your front speaker setup (no audiophile considerations) and a more subtle EQ with a wide range of tone controls. Of course, you will find those who think that my rating of this device is probably much higher. Top to your liking, but then again, don't spend $100 or more for a well-known brand that offers fewer features and doesn't sound as good as this deck for the money! this unit, and if you carefully choose an amp that can handle its 80W peak input power, you'll be fine as long as you're not headed for the competition. Well worth the money and I love the fact that it has RCA subwoofer output.
