Got these for my mother who has arthritis. She's been wearing them for a couple of days and notices a huge improvement. This was a really nice find and I'm glad it's bringing her some relief. I would recommend these as they are comfortable and light weight.

- Didn't help much. Rather hard to get on by yourself. They do keep your hands warm.
