I’ve had a great experience with StudioThomson. From the initial discovery of my project until today when my website was launched. All communication has been clear, fast and effective. When you find yourself stuck at some point during your development cycle, it's always a good idea to reach out to them because chances are there will be someone around who understands your situation better than anyone else. Also, one thing worth mentioning here is how friendly they are; after sending an email or submitting a ticket asking questions about something they did, within hours (or minutes) I received responses from either a live person via phone call/email or a reply to my ticket explaining everything thoroughly so as to help me solve whatever problem I might have encountered along the way.
