I've had the triple helix for about 3 months, it healed fairly quickly after the first few piercings. For some reason it became infected, so swollen and painful that I couldn't sleep all night. I've tried every little trick I know of and nothing has worked. I was about to take them out. unfortunately. BUT while searching for cures on the internet I came across this gem.
