The packaging is very cheap styrofoam and 4 out of 8 carafes broke
The carafe is a standard cheap glass jar which makes for quick and easy refilling multiple times. It's not elegant, but it does the job. The product is made in China, very poorly packaged with cheap styrofoam that breaks and crumbles. One of the 4 was broken upon delivery and I asked for a replacement. They sent 4 more and 3 of them were completely destroyed on arrival. One is fine, so I have four. Really good response for a second delivery but don't expect the package to arrive safe and sound.
